Author: Mark Sternhagen was born in 1956; just at the end of the polio era. He contracted the disease at age eighteen months. Mark is a thirty plus year veteran college teacher and owner of computer consulting business. Author of Normal For Me. Illustrator: Kylie Woodruff born in 2003, Sioux Falls, SD. Always the creative type, but never took it seriously until Freshman in high school. “In my dreams I always wanted to be an illustrator but never felt I was good enough. So when Uncle Mark asked, I was surprised but did it even though I was nervous. I am proud of myself for doing it.” |
